Charleston's new ad campaign is "History Loves Company" so let's pack our bags in early November and find out why! It might have something to do with the very walkable and picturesque downtown filled with candy colored buildings, lush gardens, fantastic shops, boutiques and a vibrant culinary scene. The culture and history is rich and diverse with essentially two stories, one of the aristocratic south and the other of the culture of the Gullah people that represent the enslaved labor enabling Charleston's prosperity and prominence. This 3 day/2 night trip will have tours and experiences that allow us to see both sides of this history as well as extra time for exploring on your own.
