1. When is payment due? Typically a deposit is due within a week or two of booking the reservation. Final payment dates depend on when the hotels and attractions require final payment. This is usually 30-45 days prior to arrival.
2. What size and types of vehicles do you use? I charter the newest model coaches I can find complete with state of the art amenities and safety features for comfortable day and overnight trips. In most cases the coach will be a 56 passenger but other sizes are available.
3. What happens if you have to cancel a trip reservation.? For Day Trip, you will receive a full refund if I can rebook the reservation. For overnight trips, you will receive a refund if cancelled prior to the final payment due date. After that time, a refund will be issued if I can rebook your reservation. Travel insurance is also available for overnight trips.
4. What happens if Trips by Patty has to cancel a trip due to Acts of God, such as Tropical Storms/Hurricanes. I attempt to reschedule the trip. If I cannot find a date that suits most passengers, the trip will be cancelled and you will be issued a refund. If the trip is rescheduled yet you cannot come on this date, you will receive a full refund.
5. What happens if Trips by Patty requires a minimum number of people to operate the trip and you don't reach the minimum.? The best option is to consider opening the trip up to other passengers. I can announce the trip to my database of travelers and that usually helps us reach the minimum number. Otherwise, I will cancel the trip and you will receive a refund.
